The rest of the reviews on here are very complete and accurate, I called for a towing, agreed on the job in Queens and never showed up, I called several times nothing. Ended up using Jet's Towing

Make sure you all leave your reviews on the correct page. Apparently this one is their “old location” so they’re trying to hide their awful reviews. Make sure the location is Connecticut. I’ve only spoken to them over the phone and they are definitely scammers, lol, I’ve been owning trucks for a while and I’ve never been asked to pay my mobile mechanic up front. They wanted $1000, I said no, we can send a deposit. They request $500. That’s crazy. Mechanics bail all the time. I’ll be reporting their company to the state and the better business Bureau, such a joke. And to add, they’re incredibly disrespectful. Two guys on the phone trying to hassle me and says “it’s your truck that’s stuck, not mine” as if though they stop making mechanics when they made them. This business is on the fast track to failure lmao

Very disappointing experience. We placed a towing request at 1:00 PM and were told the ETA would be 45 minutes. However, the driver did not arrive until 9:00 PM — an 8-hour delay with no proper communication or updates. They also required payment upfront, but did not deliver the service as promised. We trusted their word and arranged everything based on the information they provided, but they failed to follow through. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company, especially if they ask for payment in advance.

Worst dispatch guy I’ve ever dealt with. I gave them a job to handle, and the person I spoke to even called me a “scam,” despite me being completely transparent with the customer about their rates from the very beginning. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. People with this kind of attitude have no place in customer service.

If i could give the no stars i would these guys are scam artist 265 call out fee 212.70 en route fee 212.70 trouble shoot fee it was 2 hose I told them needed replaced 212.70 return fee 51.58 fsc 51.58 shop material 31.91 for 2 1.5 inch hose clamps 58.48 for a 2 in long 5/8 hose 188.24 for 6 gallons of coolant the first bill was over 1500.00 i complained about that he said he could take 300.00 of which is still scam . Please if you can help it do NOT use these guys it took them 40 min to get to our truck and 15 min to fix it. final bill was 1285.78 . I could have had the truck towed cheaper than this.
